OneNumb SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 10/28/26
OneNumb is operated by AgentDDS.com, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as OneNumb.com ("OneNumb," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS/MMS Terms govern the OneNumb text messaging program.
Program Name and Description
Program name: OneNumb Appointment Alerts & Updates. OneNumb offers an SMS/MMS messaging program for transactional and, where separately authorized, marketing communications.
Transactional messages may include appointment availability alerts, confirmations and reminders, cancellation or scheduling notifications, requests to complete payment authorization or other information required for a booking, account verification messages, account notices, customer support communications, and other service-related updates.
Marketing and promotional messages may include promotional offers, service announcements, updates, and other marketing content. These are sent only to users who separately opt in.
How You Consent
You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on the OneNumb booking or sign-up form, or by replying to a message asking you to confirm. Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox and is not a condition of creating an account, requesting or booking an appointment, submitting a form, using the Platform, or purchasing anything. Consent is not required to receive an appointment, but without it you may not receive text reminders or notices.
Message Frequency
Transactional message frequency varies based on your activity and use of the Platform. Marketing message frequency varies and may be up to four (4) messages per month.
Sample Messages
- "OneNumb: Your appointment at [Office Name] is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
- "OneNumb: Reminder: you have an appointment tomorrow at [Time] with [Office Name]. To avoid a fee, cancel at least 4 hours before: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "OneNumb: Please add a card to complete your booking at [Office Name]: [link]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. OneNumb does not charge a separate fee for SMS/MMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging, data, or other charges may apply. Contact your carrier for information about your plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages through that program unless you opt in again. Opting out does not cancel an existing appointment, but you may no longer receive text appointment reminders, scheduling notices, payment-authorization requests, or other service messages. You may re-enroll through any available OneNumb opt-in method.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@onenumb.com or onenumb.com.
Supported Carriers
OneNumb SMS/MMS messaging is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Mobile Information
